ABOUT US

Xplicit Events is a new company providing high-level of service to our customers and are located in Honeydew Ridge, west of Johannesburg.  Xplicit Events is an events coordination company that offers event planning for the community as well as corporate institutions.  We have a range of different services to present to our customers and will adapt to each of our customers specific needs and requests.

MANAGEMENT SUMMARY

Xplicit Events is owned and operated by Ms. Rene Grove,  The company, being small in nature, requires a simple organizational structure.  Implementation of this organizational form calls for the owner, Ms. Grove, to make all the major management decisions in addition to monitoring all other business activities.  Ms. Rene Grove has actively been involved in training administration and event organization for the past 3 years and founded Xplicit Events in September 2006.

Competitive Edge:

The company seeks to establish a competitive edge in its new target market segment by increasing the level of customer contact and service that other competitors seem to sometimes lack. Our competitive edge is the customer service experience and approach that our management team will bring to the table. Our smiling, unassuming and good-natured approach to all of our customers is evident, and highly appreciated.
